1) Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Snapora (the “App”) and related services (together, the “Services”), provided by OneTime Develop (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your business to these Terms.
- You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your phone and number under your control.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
3) Use of the Services
Snapora helps photography and event businesses manage leads and orders, plan event functions, assign jobs to team members or freelancers, send job details and notifications, and track payments and accounting. Freelancers use it to see their assignments and earnings.
- You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- You must obtain any necessary consent from the people whose details you enter into the App, including the clients and crew members you add.
- You must not interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security.
4) Your Records
Snapora is a record-keeping tool. The leads, orders, invoices, payments and balances it shows are the ones you enter. It does not move money, collect payments on your behalf, or give tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for your own tax and legal obligations.
5) Your Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. You grant OneTime Develop a limited licence to process that data only as needed to provide and improve the Services, comply with law, and prevent abuse. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains the permissions the App asks for.
6) Businesses, Crew & Freelancers
- When a business assigns a job to a freelancer, each side sees the details needed for that job, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Agreements between a business, its clients and its freelancers — including rates and payments — are between those parties. We are not a party to them.
- You are responsible for who you add to your business and for the data you share with them.
7) Plans, Fees & Billing
- Snapora can be used free of charge. Freelancer accounts are free.
- We may offer paid subscription plans for businesses (for example “Standard” and “Premium”) with higher monthly limits on orders and leads. The plans available to you, what they include, their prices, taxes and billing periods are shown in the App before you buy.
- Subscriptions are sold through Google Play and charged to your Google Play account. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details; payments are processed by Google Play under its own terms.
- If we change the price of a plan, you will be told in advance as Google Play requires, and the change applies from a later renewal.
8) Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation: you can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from the “Manage subscription” link in the App. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Your account then continues on the free plan.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by Google Play and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Request a refund from Google Play; if Google Play directs you to the developer, write to us at the address below with your order number. Except where the law requires otherwise, a billing period that has started is not refunded in part.
- Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
9) Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account and its data at any time in the App (Settings → Delete Account) or from our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent. What is deleted and what may remain is described in the Privacy Policy.
10) Content & Intellectual Property
- The Services, including software, designs, and logos, are owned by OneTime Develop or its licensors and are protected by law.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your internal business purposes while you comply with these Terms.
11) Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, attempting to access non-public areas, or bypassing security.
- Uploading malware or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
- Using the Services to spam, harass, or violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
12) Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party products (for example cloud hosting, SMS delivery, push notifications and Google Play billing). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
13) Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve performance, security, or usability. If a change materially reduces core functionality for a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice.
14) Suspension & Termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may retain certain records as required by law.
15) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneTime Develop disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneTime Develop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid (if any) for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneTime Develop and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
18) Google Play Terms
- You acknowledge that Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- You must comply with the applicable Google Play terms and policies.
19) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the region where OneTime Develop is established, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
20) General
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and OneTime Develop regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, or sale.
- Notices: We may contact you through in-app notifications, SMS to your registered number, or the email address on your profile.
